    Design and implementation of land use change analysis and decision system

    • 摘要: 为了快速准确地提取出土地利用数据的变化信息,该文采用增量变化提取方法,对同一地区2个不同时间的土地利用数据进行变化检测,并自动提取出土地利用空间及属性变化信息,设计并实现土地利用变化检测分析系统,能定量分析土地信息的变化,并成功应用于实际土地利用分析案例中,结果表明从技术上已解决土地利用规划上一些“定时,定位,定量”的问题。

       

      Abstract: In order to quickly and accurately extract the change information of land use data,this paper provides the incremental extraction method to detect change information about land use between two different temporal versions of land use data, and automatically extracts spatial change information and attribute change information. We design and implement a system of Land Use Change Detection and Analysis (LUCDA) which could automatic extract all sorts of change information and make quantitative analysis of the change information. A practical application is used as the case to prove the ability of “timing, locating and quantifying” analysis of the system for land use planning.
