    农村居民点整理的现实潜力估算

    Estimation of realistic potential of land consolidation in rural residential areas

    • 摘要: 有效评估农村居民点整理的现实潜力,是顺利开展农村居民点整理的重要环节。该文以文登市为例,通过选取与现实潜力转化有关的自然、社会、经济、土地资源状况和宅基地利用等14个指标,建立综合指标体系,对现实潜力利用层次分析法确定的权重和标准化指标值进行了综合评价,将评价结果作为综合修正系数,对理论潜力进行修正,得出文登市农村居民点整理的现实潜力。研究结果表明:文登市各镇综合修正系数介于0.25~0.70之间;2010年、2020年农村居民点整理的现实潜力,分别为883.67 hm2和1072.74 hm2;耕地增加系数分别为10.10%和12.27%。研究认为应根据各区域现实潜力大小来安排农村居民点整理,以便提高整理效率。

       

      Abstract: The effective evaluation of realistic potential of land consolidation is an important step for successful implementation of land consolidation in rural residential areas in China. As a case of Wendeng county in Shandong Province, a comprehensive evaluation index system was established by the 14 indexes relating to natural conditions, social economy, regional land resource and utilization of homestead to calculate the realistic potential of land consolidation in rural residential areas, and the correction coefficient of realistic potential was analyzed using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method in the index system. The results showed that the correction coefficient of realistic potential of Wendeng county was 0.25~0.70, and the realistic potential of land consolidation in rural residential areas of Wendeng county was 883.67 hm2 in 2010 and 1072.74 hm2 in 2020, and the coefficient of increasing arable land was 10.10% in 2010 and 12.27% in 2020, respectively. It is necessary to arrange the land consolidation according to the realistic potential in different regions in order to improve the efficiency of land consolidation in rural residential areas.
