Studies on Analysis of Welding Induced Residual Stresses and Displacement on CXZL80 Wheel Loader Structure

The paper studied welding induced residual stresses on CXZL80 wheel loader work device with the ADINA SYSTEM. The computed results were compared with experiment data. The results show that there is large residual stress and displacement in the weld and adjacent heat affected zone of the lift arm. They affect the strength of the structure and process precision.
