A Mathematical Model to Predict the Temperature of a Grain Kernel During Drying
Assuming that all grain kernels are isotropical spheres with constant thermal diffusivity and that the drying rate can be represented as exponential model, a model representing the temperature changes in a grain kernel during drying is developed through Laplace transformation. The validity of the model is experimentally proved.
