    Status and development trend of rapeseed drying for seeding purposes

    • 摘要: 摘 要:油菜籽是世界第三大植物油和第二大蛋白粉来源。油菜籽的干燥和储存工艺影响种子的生理特性和作物产量。该文在分析种用油菜籽干燥要求的基础上,对油菜籽干燥的应用现状、研究现状和设备开发现状进行了综述,在此基础上对种用油菜籽干燥的发展趋势进行了展望,指出:种用油菜籽干燥的研究工作应围绕干燥工艺对种子生理特性的影响、干燥过程传热传质特性、干燥过程控制和优化、CFD的应用和新型干燥技术的实验研究等方面开展;种用油菜籽干燥设备的开发应解决中小型油菜籽干燥机和小区作业干燥机的需求,并对油菜籽通用干燥设备进行参数和过程控制优化,以大幅改进其总体性能。

       

      Abstract: Rapeseed is the world's third leading source of vegetable oil, and also the second leading source of protein meal. The process of drying and storage of rapeseed influences physiological characteristics of the seed and production of the plant. On the basis of analysis of the requirements of rapeseed drying for seeding purposes, the status of application, study, and equipment development was presented in this paper. Then, the development trend of rapeseed drying for seeding purposes was prospected as follows: for study, subjects of effects of drying process on physiological characteristics, heat and mass transfer characteristics, control and optimization of drying process, application of CFD, and experimental study of new drying technologies should be focused on; for equipment development, medium and small scale rapeseed dryer, and dryer for plot harvesting are required, and parameter optimization and better process control strategy can be applied to the commonly used drying equipment of rapeseed to greatly improve its overall performance.
