    Development of plot-sowing mechanization in China

    • 摘要: 摘要:全面回顾了中国小区育种播种机械化的发展过程,对小区播种机械中关键部件排种器的研发、改进及小区播种机械精密控制技术方面的现状进行了分析,然后说明了青岛农业大学最新研制的2BY-6育种试验播种机的工作过程,介绍了该机在柔性排种、电控传动和自动供种三方面的技术创新,最后给出了中国小区育种播种机械化发展应在基础理论研究、自动控制、多功能机具研发、加强行业沟通及引进吸收国外先进技术上发展的建议。为中国小区播种机械的研究提供了参考。

       

      Abstract: With a comprehensive review of the plot-sowing mechanization development in China, this paper presents detailed discussion and analysis of research and development of seed metering devices, i.e. the key component of seeders, and precise-control technology of plot seeders. The working process of 2BY-6 plot-sowing machine designed by Qingdao Agricultural University was described, which exhibited technological innovations in flexible seed metering, electricity control drive, and automatic seeding. Suggestions are made in this paper that plot-sowing mechanization in China should be developed on the study of the fundamental theory, auto-control, and multifunction machines, and more collaborations with advanced companies abroad, providing a reference for plot-sowing machine research in China.
