    Optimization of filming technology of water-soluble PVA film

    • 摘要: 聚乙烯醇水溶性薄膜可通过自然因素迅速降解,符合环保要求,是一种新型绿色包装材料。本试验以聚乙烯醇为主要原料,加入增强剂、增塑剂、乳化剂和脱膜剂,制成固含量为15.0%~18.0%的水溶性胶,在钢板上流延涂布成膜,经干燥后揭膜。通过单因素试验和正交试验对聚乙烯醇水溶性薄膜的制备材料、工艺条件进行了研究,结果表明:聚乙烯醇浓度为11.0%,可溶性淀粉1.0%,甘油4.0%, 吐温80为1.0%,硅油0.8%。在80~90℃下干燥20 min,可得到性能较好的水溶性薄膜。

       

      Abstract: The water-soluble PVA film can pass natural factor to degradable quickly, meeting the environmental protection request. It is a kind of new green packing material. The experiment took the polyvinyl alcohol as the main material, add other materials such as intensifiers, plasticizers, emulsifying agents and disengage agents to the film, made into water-soluble gum that the content was 15.0%~18.0%, upper-class follow to draw the cloth to become the film on the steel plate, took off the film after it was dried. The optimal film-forming conditions were obtained through single-factor experiments and orthogonal experiments. The results show that the optimum film forming technology is as follows: the polyvinyl alcohol concentration is 11.0%, the soluble starch concentration is 1.0%, and the glycerin concentration is 4.0%, the polydimethyl siloxane fluid concentration is 0.8% and the tween 80 concentration is 1.0%. The film-formed is dried at 80~90℃ for 20 minutes, then the water-soluble PVA films with better properties are obtained.
