    Experimental study on power dissipation of corn rootstalk treatment device of no-tillage planter

    • 摘要: 为找出影响免耕播种机玉米根茬处理装置的功率消耗的主次因素,对新研制的免耕播种机玉米根茬处理装置进行了室内土槽试验研究,对影响作业功耗的因素采用二次旋转回归正交试验,建立了玉米根茬处理装置的功耗模型。分析表明,在影响功率消耗的主要因素中,入土深度影响最大,其次是刀轴转速;机组前进速度、刀轴转速以及入土深度之间的交互作用对功率消耗的影响较小,单组根茬处理装置单组工作时功率消耗为1.55~2.35 kW。研究结果为开发新型免耕播种机以及选择配套动力提供理论依据。

       

      Abstract: In order to find out primary and secondary factors influencing the power dissipation of corn rootstalk treatment device of no-tillage planter, soil-bin experiment was carried out in the laboratory. The power dissipation model of the device was set up based on the quadratic regressive orthogonal test of the influencing factors. The results show that the embedded depth is the most influential factor, and the second one is the rotating speed of the blade shaft, and interactions between forward speed, rotating speed of the blade shaft and embedded depth have little influence on power dissipation. The power dissipation of the single unit is approximately 1.55~2.35 kW at working. The results can provide theoretical basis for developing new no-tillage planter and selecting matching power.
