    • 摘要: 该文以太原市尖草坪区为例,以农用地定级规程为基础,采用专家咨询与层次分析法,对城乡结合区域农用地定级指标体系构建、指标值与权重确定的思路与方法研究,并以其指标体系采用综合评价模型对研究区域的农用地进行定级。结果表明:①太原市尖草坪区2877.89 hm2的农用地共分为7级,农用地级别类型复杂,但符合正态分布规律,城市发展对农用地利用的影响是导致级别变化的重要因素;②城乡结合区域农用地定级指标体系构建应充分考虑城市发展对农用地级别的影响,采用自然型、社会经济型、生态环境型3个类型13个指标构成的定级指标体系客观地反映这一区域农用地质量;③社会经济和生态环境指标的选取将导致农用地等与级间产生一定偏离,但能更客观准确地反映农用地的质量。

       

      Abstract: The purpose of this paper was to study thoughts and methods of constructing the indices system and determining its value and weights in farmland gradation by using Jiancaoping district as a typical combined area of town and county based on the standard of farmland gradation of China(TDT1005-2003). Methods of expert consulting and AHP were employed. Then the paper had classified the farmland at Jiancaoping district by applying the constructed indices system. Method of indices comprehensive appraisement model was adopted. The results indicate that the farmland of 2877.89 hm2 is divided into 7 ranks at Jiancaoping district of Taiyuan city, and its types of gradation are rather complicated but conform to normal distribution. Urban development has influence on farmland, which is an important factor that causes farmand gradation change. Furthermore, considering fully influences of urban development on farmland gradation, the system is comprised of 13 indices that is divided into 3 types including natural resources, social economy and ecological environment. At last, indices of socio-economy and ecological environment will cause to deviate from its classification. However, this will reflect the quality of farmland at a rather objective and accurate way.
