    高水分玉米热风加热压片的试验研究

    Experimental study of flaking on high-moisture corn by hot-air heating

    • 摘要: 该文利用自行研制的对辊式压片机对黑龙江省新收获的玉米(研究中玉米含水率为28.9%)进行了热风加热后压片的试验研究,这有利于解决干玉米添加蒸汽进行压片时成本较高的问题。对影响高水分玉米热风加热压片的因素,利用正交旋转组合设计的方法,以玉米片糊化度、容重、碎粉率为评价指标进行了试验研究。高水分玉米经热风加热后压片加工对提高玉米的糊化度有利。按该试验装置及试验参数范围,高水分玉米经热风加热进行压片加工的较佳参数组合为:加热的热风温度为130℃左右、热风对玉米加热时间为60~70 min、压辊的间距为0.5~1.0 mm、压辊的转速为150~200 r/min。

       

      Abstract: By the twin-rollers flaker designed by the researchers, flaking on high-moisture(28.9%) corn harvested in Heilongjiang Province by hot-air heating was investigated, which was helpful to solve the cost problem of steam-flaking. For study of relevant factors which influence the wet-heating processing,the experimental method of the quadratics rotary orthogonal combination was adopted,and three evaluation indexes(gelatinization,unit weight and material powder) were applied in the experiment.The wet-heating approach is useful to improve corn gelatinization by experimental results.By the experimental equipment and parameters, a set of optimal parameters were obtained by the experiment: hot-air temperature 130℃,heating duration 60~70min,rolling clearance 0.5~1.0mm,rolling rotation speed 150~200 r/min。
