    Progress in microbial fermentative hydrogen production and hydrogen-producing microorganisms

    • 摘要: 氢是一种理想的清洁能源,在未来的新能源中将占有重要的位置。该文综述了微生物发酵法制氢和发酵产氢微生物的最新研究进展。比较了国内外利用纯菌产氢和混合菌产氢的优缺点,纯菌产氢速度快,但纯菌发酵条件要求严格,成本高。混合菌来源广泛,利用底物广泛,无需灭菌,成本低。文中还分析了当前微生物发酵制氢技术存在的问题,展望了厌氧发酵制氢的发展前景。

       

      Abstract: Hydrogen as a clean and renewable energy resource will be further developed and utilized in the future. Progresses in microbial fermentative hydrogen production and hydrogen-producing microoflora in recent years were reviewed in the present paper. The advantages and disadvantages of hydrogen production by pure strains and mixed strains were compared. Pure strains have higher hydrogen productivity, but fermentation condition is strict, cost is high. Mixed strains have extensive sources, with extensive use of substrate, and fermentation does not require sterilization with greatly lower costs. The main associated problems were analyzed and research prospects are put forward.
