    悬架杠杆比对油气弹簧阀系设计参数的影响

    Influences of suspension lever ratio on design parameters of hydro-pneumatic spring valves

    • 摘要: 为了把握车辆悬架杠杆比对阀系设计参数的影响和变化规律,以便加快具有不同悬架杠杆比的油气弹簧阀系参数设计,文中利用油气弹簧节流阀片厚度和节流缝隙与悬架杠杆比之间的关系式,建立了杠杆比阀系参数影响系数。对杠杆比对阀片设计厚度和节流缝隙大小的影响进行了分析,并建立了阀系参数影响系数推算设计方法。通过实例,利用解析设计和影响系数推算设计方法,分别对阀系参数进行了设计,并对两种方法的设计值进行了比较,对设计油气弹簧进行了特性试验。参数设计和特性试验结果表明:在实际情况下,油气弹簧阀片设计厚度和节流缝隙与悬架杠杆比之间可线性化,杠杆比影响系数推算设计方法是准确可靠的,可加快油气弹簧开发设计速度。

       

      Abstract: In order to comprehend the influences of suspension lever ratio on design parameters of hydro-pneuma-tic spring valves, and design parameters quickly, in this article, through the relationships of throttle-slice thickness and throttle aperture of hydro-pneumatic spring with the suspension lever ratio, the influence ratio and coefficient formula of suspension lever ratio with valve design parameters were established. The influences of suspension lever ratio on throttle-slice thickness and throttle aperture were analyzed, and the lever ratio influence coefficient for design of valve parameters was built. Taking hydro-pneumatic spring as a practical example, the valve parameters were designed and compared with the methods of the analytics design and influence coefficients of suspension lever ratio, and the performance test was conducted for the designed hydro-pneumatic spring. The experiment and design results show that the suspension lever ratio has influence on the valve parameters, which can be linearized for suspension lever ratio in practical design, and the influence coefficient method of suspension lever ratio is reliable, which can speed up the design of hydro-pneumatic sping.
