    Intelligent real-time on-line measuring system for moisture content during grain drying

    • 摘要: 采用电阻法在线测量谷物干燥过程中的实时水分,针对测量信号质量差采用测频电路进行测量信号的阻-频转换,对于谷物水分强温度依赖性和测量本构非线性,应用基于单片机的智能数据融合方法和智能非线性处理算法,所构建的水分测量系统克服了传统电阻法水分测量误差大、信号抗干扰能力和传输性差、测量数据的温度影响大以及硬件非线性电路处理能力差等方面缺陷,具有测量精度高、测量适应性强、信号质量好、测量装置结构简单等优点。

       

      Abstract: Based on the measuring principle of electrical resistance method for moisture content, an innovative measuring system was proposed with some key technologies including improving the signal quality through a conversion from the resistance measurement to the frequency measurement, using data fusion to take the time-variable temperature effect into account and designing an intelligent algorithm to solve the nonlinear fitting to the measured data. The new system and correspondingly developed device can get rid of the disadvantages of conditional resistance method and find an optimum application to the grain drying. The intelligent real-time on-line measuring system is featured with high accuracy, good flexibility and simple architecture.
