    淹没水射流方式清洗樱桃番茄的试验研究

    Experimental study on washing cherry tomatoes with submerged jets mechanism

    • 摘要: 该文采用试验的方法对淹没水射流方式清洗樱桃番茄进行了研究。通过改变清洗量与射水流量进行试验,探索两者间的相互关系。并且试验研究了清洗量和清洗时间对清洗效果的影响。结果表明,淹没水射流方式适合用于樱桃番茄的清洗,破损率低,可以获得比较好的清洗效果。

       

      Abstract: Experimental study on washing cherry tomatoes with submerged jets of water was carried out. Through experiment on various cleaning amount and jet flowrate, the relationship between the different influence factors on the submerged jets mechanism and the cleaning effect on cherry tomatoes was analyzed within the context of the developed testing method. The results show that the submerged jets mechanism is a good method for cherry tomatoes, because of the low damage rate and noticeable cleaning effect.
