    烟气尿素湿法同时脱硫脱氮的吸收液蒸发浓缩研究

    Evaporative concentration of the strong liquor from absorption reaction in simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification for flue gas with urea solute

    • 摘要: 为了对烟气尿素湿法同时脱硫脱氮的吸收液蒸发浓缩系统设计应用提供技术依据,结合某大型啤酒厂燃煤烟气治理工程实际,开展了以下方面研究:吸收液蒸发浓缩有关的物性试验数据测定;构建多效的顺流加料加热室在外的蒸发系统数学模型、编写相应计算机程序;对流率为4.934 t/h蒸发系统进行计算模拟及最佳蒸发浓缩效数选择;对吸收液蒸发浓缩产生的垢层物构成进行X射线衍射(XRD)、傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线荧光光谱(XRF)剖析。结果表明,①吸收液固形物每增加1%,其比热容下降0.92%;吸收液蒸气压下降而引起的沸点上升与杜林规则(D hring's rule)相吻合;②计算模拟结果及经济平衡分析得吸收液流率为4.934 t/h的蒸发系统以四效最经济。③垢层物为易被酸清洗的物质。

       

      Abstract: In order to provide the technological references and guides for the evaporator system design for concentration of the strong liquor from absorption reaction in simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification of flue gas with urea solute, the following studies based on the practical engineering of flue gas treatment in a large-scale brewer were carried out. First, the relative evaporative concentration properties of the strong liquor were measured. Second, a mathematical model for simulation of multiple-effect outward-heater evaporator system feed from forward was set up and the corresponding computer program was established. Third, a multiple-effect evaporator system for a flowing rate of 4.934 t/h of strong liquor was simulated and optimum number of effects according to the simulation results was selected and analyzed from an economic balance. Fourth, the scaling layer substance deposited on heat transfer surface was analyzed by X-ray diffraction analysis(XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and X-ray fluorescence spectrometry (XRF). The results showed that (1) a decrease of 0.92 percent in the specific heat occurred for each percent increase in the solid content of the strong liquor, the boiling point of the strong liquor was fitted to D hring's rule; (2)from the results of simulating computation and economic analysis, the four-effect outward-heater evaporator system feed from forward for a flowing rate of 4.934 t/h of strong liquor was the best choice for operation. (3) the pickling solution can be used to clear out the scaling layer substance easily.
