    Influence factors and countermeasures for food safety

    • 摘要: 随着农业生产环境的污染、农业种植和养殖业源头污染的日益加剧,以及食品市场管理存在的种种弊端,中国食品安全问题已成为新的关注视点。为了加强中国食品安全问题的研究,尽快构建中国食品安全管理体系,提高食品安全水平,增强食品国际竞争力,该文将影响食品安全的因素划分为污染及技术因素和管理因素,并对它们作了详尽的综述,在此基础上提出了保证食品安全的措施。

       

      Abstract: Currently, the issues about Chinese food safety have become a new focus as the increase of the environmental pollution to agriculture and the pollution caused by planting and breeding, as well as the deficiency in the management of food market. In order to strengthen the research on Chinese food Safety and construct "Management System of Food Safety" and enhance food safety level, the pollution, technique and management factors which influence the food safety were introduced, and some feasible measures were put forward to ensure food safety.
