    Effects of electromagnetical field on puerarin crystallization velocity, crystal appearance and purity

    • 摘要: 对醋酸-乙醇、乙醇-水、异丙醇中的葛根素进行电磁诱导结晶,用扫描电镜观察结晶颗粒的微观形貌,并利用高效液相色谱进行纯度检测,结果表明:在0.24T磁场诱导下,葛根素结晶速度加快;晶体纯度均有提高;在异丙醇中电磁诱导结晶,可得纯度达99.5%的超纯品,而且在同一溶剂系统,电磁诱导下能获得均匀且排列规则、有序的晶体。

       

      Abstract: The appearance of puerarin crystals that formed in three kinds of solvents(acetic acid-ethanol, ethanol-water, isopropanol) in the electromagnetical field were observed by using SEM, and the purity of crystals was detected by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). Results show that the crystallization velocity is remarkably enhanced and the purity of puerarin crystals is improved in electromagnetic field with the intense of 0.24T. The purity of puerarin crystals is up to 99.5% in the solvent of isopropanol. Moreover, uniform crystals in order can be obtained in the same solvent.
