    Fuzzy control of Chinese wolfberry oven temperature based on digital signal processing technology

    • 摘要: 针对国内传统枸杞烘干的弊端和烘干的温度难以及时有效控制的问题,研究总结出枸杞干燥温度参数的基于数字信号处理技术(DSP)的模糊控制系统。实际应用结果表明:该系统稳定可靠,控制效果良好。达到枸杞干燥不同时段需要不同温度值的干燥工艺要求,提高了枸杞干果的质量,收到了较好的经济效益。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the disadvantages of domestic traditional Chinese wolfberry drying and the temperature control of drying, the digital signal processing fuzzy control system for the temperature control of the Chinese wolfberry drying based on Digital Signal Processing technology was established. The practical application shows that this system is steady and reliable, and has quite good control effects. It meets the drying technique demands that Chinese wolfberry drying needs to be dried at different temperatures in different stages. The quality of dried Chinese wolfberry was improved, and good economic benefit was obtained.
