    啤酒发酵过程的智能监控系统研究

    Intelligent monitoring and control system for beer fermentation process

    • 摘要: 针对啤酒发酵过程控制中控制精度低、不易实现交换共享的问题,提出了一种基于PROFIBUS现场总线的啤酒发酵自动控制专家系统。利用PORFIBUS现场总线和Intranet结合实现全自动啤酒发酵过程监控,分为三层(生产管理层、监控调度层和直接控制层)不但能实现分布式智能控制,而且能和工厂网络相连,实现底层到高层的数据共享;模仿人工控制经验开发了啤酒发酵专家控制系统,能够辨识发酵过程中典型“故障”和容错控制,判断发酵过程不同阶段多输入输出的耦合程度,完成发酵过程的自动控制。在某啤酒厂的应用表明温度控制误差小于±0.5℃,能够实现企业网内的生产调度和数据共享,可以为类似工业过程改造提供有益的参考。

       

      Abstract: To solve the problem of inaccurate control and information island in beer fermentation process, a monitoring and control expert system based on PROFIBUS for beer fermentation process is presented. The system combining the PROFIBUS and Intranet has three layers: product management layer, inspection schedule layer and direct control layer. It is a distributed control system and can share its information in intranet. The expert system, simulating human control method, can recognize the faults of the process, fault-tolerant control, and estimate the coupling grade of inputs and outputs in each fermentation phase. The applications of the system in some factories show that: the mean error is less than ±0.5℃ and the data about fermentation process can be shared in Intranet. Therefore the system provides some good references for similar projects.
