Abstract: In order to improve the properties of auto-quantifying-packaging for the great variety of powder and particle agricultural products at present, and to improve the efficiency and precision of auto-quantifying, a new composite type of auto-quantifying-packaging was developed. The technique processing, weighing principle, and the numeric control of the feeder were presented for implementing the composite type of auto-quantifying-packaging, and the system characteristics were analysed. It was shown that the system was able to adapt to different products, varieties and conditions. It was able to fulfill the demand for auto-quantifying-packaging for a great deal of powder and particle agricultural products with efficiency and precision. It proved to be an innovative and recommendable method.
