    无空气干燥过程空气置换时间的数学模型及影响因素

    Mathematical Model of Air Replacement Time on Airless Drying

    • 摘要: 建立了无空气干燥过程空气置换时间的数学模型,并进行了验证,讨论了各干燥参数对空气置换时间的影响。结果显示对已设计好的无空气干燥机,干燥速率提高,空气置换时间明显缩短;在同样的干燥速率下,采用更高的风温,空气置换时间缩短;无空气干燥,条件允许时,应尽量减小干燥系统的总容积。

       

      Abstract: A mathematical model to determine the air replacement time on airless drying was developed and verified. Parameters affecting the air replacement time were analyzed by using that model. The results showed that at higher evaporation rate the air replacement time can be reduced. At constant evaporation rate the air replacement time can be shortened at higher working temperature. In order to reduce the air replacement time the volume of drying chamber in airless drying should be as compact as possible.
