    Checking the Leakage Flowrate of Hydraulic Relief Valve by Pneumatic Measuring Instruments

    • 摘要: 该文提出一种检测溢流阀内泄漏量的新方法。提出应用气动量仪检测溢流阀液体泄漏量的理论依据。通过试验证实这种检测方法对于改进溢流阀的结构设计及制造工艺是一种准确、清晰的研究方法,对于溢流阀出厂试验时内泄漏量指标的在线测量是一种高效、省力、能耗低的方法。

       

      Abstract: A new method of checking the internal leakage flowrate of relief valve was proposed. The theoretical basis of checking the internal leakage flowrate of relief valve by pneumatic measuring instrument was put forward. The experiment results showed that this checking method is accurate and distinct to improve the structure design and the manufacture technology of relief valve. It is of efficiency, low energy consumption and labor saving for the line checking of the internal leakage flowrate of relief valve as final products.
