    葛根黄酮浸取工艺优化研究

    Optimum Extracting Technology of Flavonoids in Radix Puerariae

    • 摘要: 通过六组单因素试验和四因素正交试验探讨了葛根黄酮的最佳浸取工艺。结果表明:在温度85℃、pH值为8的条件下,用10倍于葛根量的浓度为70%的乙醇,浸取2次,每次3h,葛根黄酮浸取效果最好,得率在9%以上、浸出物黄酮含量大于40%。

       

      Abstract: The optimum extracting technology of flavonoids in radix puerariae was investigated by using the factorial and orthogonal design. The results showed that 85 ℃, pH=8, 10∶1 of 70 % ethanol to radix puerariae weight ratio ,extract for 2 times and 3 hours for each time were optimal. The extraction rate was above 9 % and the flavonoid content of extract was above 40 %.
