    Model Test Study on Temperature Distribution in Pulsed Electric Field Treatment Chamber

    • 摘要: 该文通过模型试验方法测量了高压脉冲电场(PEF)处理装置内的温度分布。在静态情况下,从处理装置的中心孔到电极间的温度分布呈指数衰减。在流动状态时,温度分布不均匀,在处理装置内有高温度点。

       

      Abstract: The temperature distribution in a Pulsed Electric Field(PEF) treatment chamber was measured by a model test method. Under static condition,the temperature distribution from orifice to electrodes is on exponential decay. Under continuous flow condition,the temperature distribution is not uniform. The temperature of the points located in upper vessel near the orifice and on the insulation are high.
