    • 摘要: 介绍了利用旋流闪蒸干燥器干燥发酵糟渣时，气流与物料间放热系数及糟渣物料热传导率、热扩散系数的简便快速测定方法。

       

      Abstract: The paper refers to simple and fast methods for measuring airmaterial heat transfer coefficient during drying fermented dreg in spin flash drying machines, and thermal conductivity, thermal diffusivity of dreg stuff.
