Acoustic Properties of Fresh Agricultural Products and Its Application in Non-destructive Quality Evaluation

摘要: 综述了国外对农产品声学特性研究的进展，阐明了农产品声学特性的测定原理，介绍了农产品声学特性在农产品品质无损检测中的典型应用实例，为发展我国农产品品质无损检测技术提供一定的参考。

Abstract: The recent progress of studies on the acoustic properties of fresh agricultural products was reviewed. The measuring principle and method of acoustic properties of agricultural products was expounded, and the typical applications of which in non-destructive quality evaluation of agricultural products were introduced as well.
