机械加工尺寸的预测控制研究

摘要: 将机械加工过程中的加工尺寸预测与工艺能力预测结合起来，提出对加工尺寸进行反馈补偿控制的原理和方法，并在加工实验的基础上利用计算机进行了仿真研究。结果表明，通过反馈补偿控制可有效地将加工尺寸控制在公差范围内，避免不合格品的产生

Abstract: Combining the forecasting of finish size of machined parts with the forecasting of process capability in a machining process, a principle and method of feedback compensative control is proposed in this paper. The results of computer simulation on an experimental machining data series show that the finish size can be effectively controlled within desired tolerance, and the occurrence of unqualified products can be avoided．
