    驱动胎轮牵引性能的田间试验研究

    The Studies on the Tractive Performance of Driven Tyre in the Field

    • 摘要: 为了解后轮沿前轮行驶的拖拉饥,在不同土壤条件下的牵引性能,建立其预测模型,通过单轮驱动试验装置试验测定表明,在粘壤土中,行驶在轮辙内的子午线驱动轮胎,其牵引性能优于行驶在轮辙外;而在砂土中却没有多大差别;此外该驱动轮的牵引力系数有随其前进速度增加而减少的趋势。

       

      Abstract: In order to get a clear understanding of the tractive performance of a tractor which has the rear wheels running on the rut formed by the front wheels in different field conditions, a series of experiments were undertaken in the field at the National Center for Farm Machinery, Agricultural Engineering, Water and Forestry (CEMAGREF, France). Experiments were done on the tractive performance of a single driven radial tyre on the on wheel rut and the out of wheel rut conditions, tests on the following conditions: two soil types (loam clay and sandy soil), two different loads and three different speeds. The results showed that on the loam clay soil, the on wheel rut tractive performance is better than that of out of wheel rut, but no significant difference on the sandy soil. However, for the three different speeds, it was found that the coefficient of net traction has a tendency to decrease as the forward speed increases.
