Abstract: To use the loan of the World Bank for the Chinese Agricultural Support Services Project, it is a constructive project of synthetic technical services system. It is the first time to use this kind of foreign capital in the Chinese agricultural projects, so there is a lot of new features and difficulties in the feasibility studies of the project. In this paper, authors suggest some better methods that how to prepare the feasibility studies according to their study and practice, such as how to make the objective and content of the project, how to divide the characterestics of the loan, the rate of interesting for the loan and the proportion of counterpart funds, and how to determine the appraisal method of the project etc.
