    红参自动化配重机的研制

    A Development of One Chip Microcomputer-Based Red Ginseng Grouping Machine

    • 摘要: 为了解决红参出口,需采用标准重量、支数的压块小包装之要求,研制出以单片机为基础的自动化配重机,生产效率达30kg/h,配重精度为600+3g。本文阐述了配重机的工作原理与结构特征,详叙了单片机控制系统硬件、软件的设计及其功能,还用数字仿真法协助确定配重机设计参数,并对各性能指标进行了预测。该机经大量实地试验测定,配重所达指标与数字仿真试验结果一致。

       

      Abstract: Red ginseng is one of the important export products in China. Top grade red ginseng is packed in small packet in the world market. In small packet there must be a certain number of pieces of red ginseng and certain weight.The packing process is called "Weight-grouping". This grouping machine is an automatic machine for grouping red ginseng. The output of the machine is 30kg / h and its accuracy is (600g)+3g .The operating process of the red ginseng grouping machine is introduced and. an intel MCS-51 one chip microcmputer-based real-time control system using interrupt mode is discussed in detail.Combining with grouping method the functions of the system software are described.Digital simulation is used for assisting to determine the design parameters of the grouping machine and to estimate its performances.A number of real experiments to the grouping machine has shown that the results of real experiments coincide with the results of digital simulation. This means the red ginseng grouping machine is satisfacory with design requirements to its output and weighing accuracy.
