    仿生推土板减粘降阻机理初探

    Initial Exploring for Mechanism of Decreasing Resistance and Reducing Adhesion of the Bionic Bulldozing plates

    • 摘要: 试验证明,仿蜣螂头前部“推土板”形状而设计的仿生推土板,具有较明显的减粘降阻效果。为了进一步研究、优化和开发仿生推土板,本文建立了推土板的力学模型,对土壤与推土板接触界面进行了动态分析,并初步探讨了其减粘降阻的机理。

       

      Abstract: The experimental results have shown that the bionic bulldozing plates imitated the head surface of the dung beetle have an obvious effect of decreasing resistance and reducing adhesion of soil. In order to further researching, Optima-zing, and developing for the bionic bulldozing plates,in this paper the mechanical model of the bionic bulldozing plates is established, the dynamic analysis is carried out to the interface between soil and the bulldozing plate and the mechanism of decreasing resistance and reducing adhesion of soil is explored initially.
