Abstract: The paper is the main review of the application and academic xchange of remote sensing for Chinese agriculture, since the founding of Chinese Society of Agricultural Engineering and its Remote Sensing Speciality in Agriculture Committee. The author also take regard to the present situation of remote sensing in application to Chinese agriculture, and feel extremely anxious about some phenomenon which is not adapted to modernization of Chinese agriculture.
