    THE RESEARCH AND DESIGN OF THE ZNT—Ⅲ SOLAR COOKER

    • 摘要: ZNT—Ⅲ型太阳灶截光曲而采用优化设计方法。结构计设上采用了重心支承型的三点稳定机架,结构简单可靠。跟综调节充计为回转式方位调整和简易提携式角条高度角调节装置。采用新型材料GRC和高反光率的聚酯真空镀铝薄膜作为灶壳的反光材料。样机和试生产产品经检测达到了设计目标,综合性能良好。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, the reserach and design of ZNT-Ⅲ Solar Cooker is described. The newest design method in China is adopted for this Solar Cooker and the design method is enriched. The optimizing design is adopted for this Solar Cooker. intercepting light surface. The structure of the Solar Cooker is designed with center of gravity bearing and three point stable framework. This structure is simple and reliable. The designed adjustor is revolving type which follows the Solar azimuth and the adjustor is with a simple promoting gear rack which follows the Solar altitude. The Solar Cooker is made of the GRC material and the reflecting material is aluminizer. The product has been tested to meet the design standard and all the func tions perform well. At the end of the article there is a concise economic analysis.
