Abstract: The ideas of intelligence, optimized design,mathematical statistics,fuzzy mathematics and computing method are integrated and applied to a batch system.By analyzing errors of batch system,several mathematical models are built so that the batch system has intelligent feature of judging and infering, experience analyzing, error compensation and adaptive controlling.
